Has anyone here have a peacock die of just old age i was wondering how long they live i read online some can live to 50 but i want to know if that was legit or just rare. My peacocks i have had for a while are only a little over a year, though i do have a couple newer/younger ones.:idunno

They need starter feed because it is medicated and babies get sick easily babies should always be heated till 6 months i live by a Rural King and they didnt have peacock starter food if thats the case it is just as healthy and better to feed them chick starter
I would find him a girl because especially the boys try to run away to find mates as they mature i bet he is lonely to make sure if you get him a gal she is heathly beacause peacock can die of heart break much like swans but i hope for the best :)
