Delaware 8-9 weeks. Pullet or Cockerel?

I got 4 sexed Delaware’s and 2 of them are roosters. Your outcome seems better then mine. Maybe Delaware chicks are really hard to sex out.

    My Roo? Barnyard mix?

So the guy on the bottom left is my roo. This is he best pic I have of him and it’s raining but this was like 6 months ago and he was def a teen because he is much larger now. You can’t see his back feather but they are long and normally stick up... dark with a pretty green “sheen”. He’s a...

    Are these Delaware Chicks Roosters?

my neighbors and I purchased a number of chicks this spring and they are now just over four weeks old... Two of the Delaware chicks my neighbor is raising have much larger combs and some “cheek stuff” that the others do not. Does this mean she randomly picked two roosters from our group of...

Just moved in and inherited the girls ... but this doesn't look right!

Thank you!! I have been reading a lot about the deep litter method and have started this already! We also begin construction on the new coop this weekend!! I'm going to use natural roosts and with the increased space inside and out I think it will help! I don't know what they fed previously but...

Just moved in and inherited the girls ... but this doesn't look right!

Btw none of the reds have stopped laying. They are hardy girls indeed!! I think one is a hybrid though because she has black feathers on her back and wings and is a bit larger then the others. I don't know what type the gold one is but she has become a family favorite because she is so vocal...

Just moved in and inherited the girls ... but this doesn't look right!

I took the four hens without pecking and put them into the other coop - the three with the bald spots are in the original coop. The one red I moved however is not happy about it.... I'm going to give her another day to calm down or I may put her back with the other reds - she was calmer with...

Just moved in and inherited the girls ... but this doesn't look right!

I separated the barred rocks and gold one above yesterday. BUT I noticed one of the red is not pecked! My husband saw it pin down another chicken while we were catching the other three. So now I'm worried I didn't take out the right ones and the others are just more resistant .... but I will...

These is a better picture. Her tail doesn't look different to me but obviously you guys would know better. But the darker ones tail does. Could that one be a rooster? I don't know breed so maybe it just looks different to me because she is a different breed. Oi my book needs to come in the mail!
