These Breda are outside so they are definitely used to te weather. They'll be good to go this winter. Here in Southern California they did better than expected in the heat. I was surprised by how well they did. The nights get to 50 ready sometimes and they're doing great:)

I have 15 Breda for sale-they are 3 months old. These are beautiful organic fed chickens with vulture hocks, no combs, large cavernous nostrils and originally from Holland. They were one of the first breeds brought to America when colonized but with other breeds becoming more popular...

Unfortunately I have a few months before mine are laying so no eggs here yet. It looks like My 3 3-month olds are still black Bredas, but the 7 younger ones are a great big mix of colors. I have 1 that is so light a grey it is almost white, 2 that are looking like splashes with darker grey...
