Beans are easy... Wish I had pics for you... As long as they can breath for a while they should not spoil... A paper bag works too... If the drying is done or close to done put them in a paper bag... Then you can shake them easy to keep them aerated...

My dried shelled runners don't go wrinkly... Just firm and dry to the touch... In a paper envelope I think they'd be able to keep drying... I've dried them on a screen before too, works well
Bean and peas I allow to dry on the vine out in the garden and greenhouse. Then I pick them or leave them until spring... Pill bottles work well for storage too
