I have heard both that you can show with wing bands and that you cannot show with wing bands on your birds. I have shown with them on before and have never had a bird DQed for it but have only been to a few small shows. Can one of the Judges reading this thread please clear this up for me once...

Bob, I do both wing band and toe punch. If you go on you tube you can find a bunch of vids that explain how to do it...it's really no big deal. If you have not moved on this by the time your next show comes around I'll bring my tool and some bands and show you how to apply them and remove them...

Vickie, How do you have this door set up? I was thinking about doing something along the same lines with a door but with Juveniles that are of different ages but that are in one big grow out pen together. I want the younger birds to be able to retreat to a safe zone with food and water in there...

Bob, We had a great time at the show Yesterday and thanks for all the help and advice on my birds. Man I love these little bantam RIR's I picked up from you at the show, I talked about them all the way home. Also, both my wife and I would like to thank you again for the pens....maybe one day...
