I had a few call eggs like that with my first set. One pipped the wrong end, the other hatched but it was 2 days behind the rest.

I think you all are right. Just put the week old calls in for company for her, and they are about the same size. My embdens were much bigger. They all look happy now. Hoping she decides she likes it here and stays this fall.

I think i'm leaning towards canada, or canada/touslouse mix at this point. Kind of hoping for the latter, just because it would be really interesting to see as it grows.

Dampened it so I could go outside and work without worrying. Notice the egg shell stuck to the bill, it's been enlarging the hole. It also tried biting the qtip, lol. Hard to see, because everything is black. Bill and all feathers I can see so far.

Gosling has moved it's bill to my pip hole and knocked off it's shell cap. It's got a black little bill. Humidity is at 71%, should I keep the membranes moist with a qtip or leave the bator closed and keep an eye on it?
