TO Steen....I have a dumb question and have never really found the answer...It's not about LegBars...I understand that Red Sex Links are produced by crossing either White Rock or R I White hens with red males....Do all White Rock strains carry the silver factor or just some strains?..Thank you...

Im not sure whats happening I think things are getting unnecessarily negative in what was supposed to be an informative thread. I for one don't understand when you all speak in genetic turns with all the letters and backslashes etc. lol but Im not against it being here, just because it looks like jibberish to most doesn't mean its not important. We can all post here and everyone is welcome to post their advice and input and knowledge. Maybe sometimes in terms other new folks can understand better and for others you shouldn't get upset because people aren't responding specifically the way you want. Keep this thread fun and nice so it doesn't get shut down.

go back to my origiginal post and read from about page 3or 4 on. you will see ive maid my points clear. i hate a negative thread with all my heart so i was just fed up with someone taking things out of context and talking jibberish to make someone wrong. ive blocked the person now so i wont have to hear it anymore.

im sry but i dont know. you will have to ask someone else im sry. I went to the thread specific to the breed i was talking about to find the facts from an expert on that breed just to get someone off my back and to stop talking about other breeds. i really wish i could help you but i dont know.

I understand what your saying since I do read through this thread. So I get your frustration. I just feel like your repeatedly lashing out at this poster. Lets say we are done with this topic and move forward now.

Yep! I will be posting my CCLxEE hybrid projected male from hatch and my two CCLxRIR projected females. The projected females are showing a barring as expected but more promising; both projected females are showing a CCL female breast pattern that is beautiful. LOL - and one CCLxRIR will be crested.

I cant wait to see them! the CL salmon breast is beautiful and I love the crests. My 2 CLx SLC pullets have medium sized crests and the feathered legs The 5 males I rehomed also have crests and feathered legs I got a pic update a few weeks ago I will post them also.

My CL x SLW are not showing signs of a crest yet though they are still very cute.

Does your CLxEE have muffs/beard?

I have to agree with haplessRunner the breast on the ee cross i have is really nice it will be interesting to see if ours are similar. although recently I think it was my ee x old english game breed with my ccl that gave me mine

When you guys post pics of the CLxEE chicks, can you please post pics of the EE moms too? I have several EEs of different coloring and this is a cross I want to eventually try (if the dang EEs will EVER start laying!!!). Sorry, they're 25 weeks and I'm getting impatient for those colored eggs...
