Any Home Bakers Here?

My house smells of sautéed onion right now. :drool I put a big cast iron pan on the shelf under the cornbread in case it drips.
Perhaps I should have something to eat before the smells make me hungry enough to eat the dog!

Have cornbread ready to make hush puppies making ribs, fried potato veggies of some sort... The sourdough from Ron is happy and back tiny bit of yogurt and buttermilk perked it right up .. had to restart a new starter dropped the ball on the other bad me so have it going again first flour tomorrow morning

22 monster crawfish in 1 hour 15 minutes.

When I say monster, I mean longer than my fingers, tail included.

Cooked and froze them. As soon as I have a total of 50, I am having a crawfish boil. Will post a recipe when it happens.

Good for you... I get mine from the Cajun Grocer on line... I've never been able to scale my recipe down for less than 40 pounds.
