I was pouring a 10 pound bag of flour into a canister. Not even the 50# hopper! Just bending to the side pulled a muscle.

I put a big cast iron pan on the shelf under the cornbread in case it drips.

I have sourdough bread in the works. I was going to make it anyway, but Aria gave me a push to be sure it got done today.
Good for you... I get mine from the Cajun Grocer on line... I've never been able to scale my recipe down for less than 40 pounds.
