I'm still getting the warning

I'm using my iPod to get in byc

I got the warning this morning- and suffered the whole day with BYC withdrawals.
Im happy to report that Google did not give me the warning just now.

I have all the recommended stuff on my puter and as a result, despite weekly and sometimes daily scans, I haven't had a virus in a couple of years--until this morning! This morning I had a Trojan. First time in a long time. The only places I had been since my last scan were washingtonpost.com, cnn.com, weather.com, and good ol BYC. The computer is now scanning as clean. Pain in the a$$!!!

Phew! Glad I'm not the only one who noticed this!

Everytime I tried to go on any BYC page on the site, it would block it and say that it's an "attack site".

I emailed Nifty to ask about it, and then I went and changed the settings so it unblocked it, which like some of you said probably isn't a good idea, so I went ahead and scanned my computer with "Avast!" anti-virus thing, and sure enough there were a bunch of threats, such as "trojan horses", etc...But I cleared it all up and cleaned up my history and everything, and now I'm gonna go put that security setting back on.

Hopefully this doesn't happen again!

Good job to Nifty and the rest of the staff for getting right on it and fixing the problem!

Thanks! I don't know what I would do without my daily BYC.

I don't know if it's been stated before now, but while BYC was in maintenance mode, I checked out BYHerds on another computer and got hi t with Google Chrome's big red warning page. Just thought it might be nice to mention for ya'.

Last night was possibly the most horrible night... I never realized just HOW ADDICTED I had become to BYC. lol

Yup, it unfortunately affected all the BYC sister sites.

Good news is everything should be back to normal (actually we came out a little better organized because of this... so that's a silver lining).

Chrome doesn't want to let me through again.

I'm using IE and it brought me right in.
