Does it happen when you uncheck it? Are you going to tools~options~security under "block reported attack sites"? Mine is checked and I'm getting here just fine. Try unchecking it while you're on here. What's happening?
Also what I did was run AVG scan and Malwarebytes scan which showed I had several Trojan Horse viruses. Once I got rid of those viruses, and AFTER Google reinstated this site as safe, I was able to get on with the "block reported attack sites" turned ON.
