whats it like?

great, like I said, life is my school. Going shopping, taking care of animals, volunteering, going on BYC are all part of learning, plus regular book stuff. Plus no peer pressure and I always graduate top of my class

What is is like being public schooled?

seriously though, it is a common misconception the homeschoolers aren't socialized. I get alot of it by just going to the feed store. I used to volunteer a whole lot at nursing homes and hospitals and stuff and I had to deal alot of people there along with my share of drama. Now, I just get 99.9% of my socialization from BYC (that counts right?)

thres one exception to the unsocial homeschool therey(sp?): my cousins. my god. they are the most secretive, un social kids i have ever seen in my life. my aunt has taught them nothing in the bad in the world, just the good. when it comes to surviving in the real world, they wont stand a chance

True that. Since I'm not able to get out and meet people that much, I use the internet a lot. *sigh*
