Okay, I guess that settles it.

Once upon a time, I had a friend.
My friend was very special to me, but one day in the heat of an argument, I said a lot of hurtful things.
Stubbornly, and because I was angry at the time, I refused to apologise.
We haven't talked civilly since.

And now my friend has gone...
I want my friend to know that they were basically the one who finally inspired me to change from the stupid kid I once was.
But it's too late now.
