«We Could Be Legends»

Wolfram stared at her for what felt like ages. Her words haunted the back of mind, like a bad memory sour to the minds eyes. What if I want to? His blue eyes glittering with a close guarded emotion, his eyes searching hers."So you want to give up on life that easily, huh?"He asked, Finnally breaking the painful, aching silence that seemed to drag on for a millenia."Why would you want to die?

Dying doesn't make things any easier.
It won't ease the pain.
Maybe it will for you,
But not for the people around you.
The pain will just drag on and on, No matter what happens.
Another person dying, Especially a young, smart, brave and beautiful girl like you, will just make the pain become even worse.
Would you want that?"

He stared at her, his words slowly registering in his head.
He matched, almost word for word, almost the exact words his mother had spoken to him. His voice cracking when he spoke, revealing an emotion and memories so closely guarded, like a briar in a patch full of thorns. But the briar was a harsh one, one that held so many painful secrets, the thorns protecting the memories and secrets from ever being revealed to the world. But the thorns had somehow been ripped away, exposing the rose, it's delicate petal's being ripped as easily as a leaf.
Go on, keep talking. You can't possibly know.
Bleddyn turned away, the corroded iron gates guarding her heart being reemployed and refusing his strangely impassioned words entry. "Ff-forget it. I've kk-known yyyou for tt-twelve hours."
The verbal infirmity, hated betrayer of her affliction, was back again, stronger than ever.
"Jj-just
lll-leave mmm-me alone."
She pressed her face into the harsh metal wall, wishing with all her might that she could just evaporate into it and cease being a burden to strangers with their own problems. Her teeth left exposed by a grimace grated against the surface as she trembled. At this point, it seemed as if even her clothes were insulators of this brutal algidity.
"I don't nnn-need anyone to ccc-care."

Jessi walked over to River's house. She wanted to know more about the pure, and she thought that the files would still be at River's house.
Brisa headed towards River's house, hoping that maybe some of the others would be there and eager to continue the group's investigation into The Pure. She turned down the street and began to fly up it, lost in thought and trying absentmindedly to balance her hoverboard over the sidewalk's edge.

Jessi glanced up. "Hey!" Jessi said & waved at Brisa. "You're Brisa, right? I'm Jessi."
