"No, calling the police might not be a good idea," Indigo whispered."What do you know about a key?" She asked .She hadn't heard much about a key. Her organization was new, and didn't have much information on these people.

"I don't know anything about a key, besides that they thought that he had it." Toby said & pointed to Wolfram. Alpha was still uneasy at the person who seemed to make his partners emotions change. He pressed tightly into Toby's side.

"Smart dog," Indigo said with a nod of approval. "Well, it was nice meeting you. I should go talk to him," Indigo nodded toward Wolfram. She held out her hand for a shake, and felt uneasy about how this cat boy was connected. @CluckCluck123 (she is going to interrogate Wolfram next.)

Toby just nodded at her instead of shaking her hand. For all he knew she could be sick & if she was he didn't want to catch it. Jessi walked up to him. "What was that about?" She asked. "Nothing important." He said, glaring at her. "Okay, what is your deal? You've been mad at me since the pure left." Jessi asked him, annoyed how he was acting with her. "What's my deal? I'm not the one who almost killed myself because of some people in masks. You could have died." Toby snapped at her. He turned & walked away from her.

Maryella shouldered her bat and frowned, a little miffed at being ignored. Normally groups like this didn't just stand around in the rain for nothing. What were they doing?

She turned the wheelchair and made like she was going back into the store, but she stopped right at the threshold. They were Inhumans, which anyone could easily see, but there was something else. Some called it foolery, but Maryella had always prided herself in being able to sniff out the non-gifted humans. And the stench lingered. That's probably what caused the commotion. She deduced.

At last, curiosity over took her. Not a hard feat, as her shop was a hoard of curiosities and she had a knack for finding them. "Hey." She called. "I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure you land lovers don't like the rain. The shop's open if you'd like to come in."

Brisa regained her breath and painfully picked herself up from where she had hit the ground and dusted herself off. She then slowly limped over and picked up her hoverboard, which thankfully had survived the crash. She noticed a tall, beautiful woman talking to Wolfram, everyone getting snappish at each other, and the two people seemingly passed out on the ground. She noticed the wet bird-feeding guy standing protectively next to Grace, and she simultaneously realized that they must be brother and sister and that her head hurt. A lot. Reaching up, she carefully felt the back of her head and discovered a large bump swelling there. "Ouch. Well, this sucks." She murmured, pulling up her raincoat's hood grumpily. I don't see "The Pure" anywhere either, which I guess is a good thing? Sighing, she glanced around and noticed a mermaid sitting outside a nearby shop just in time to hear her speak. Well, I might as well see if she knows anything. Brisa limped over to her and asked, "Did you see what just happened? Do you have any idea who those people were?"

(I has answered you, @Fanci Feathers Marans!)

"Thanks." Toby said & took the dart, being careful not to prick himself with it. He reached into his backpack & pulled out & pair of reading glasses. "It says the model of the gun it was made for, but that's it. No, Wolfram is the cat-boy." Toby nodded his head in Wolfram's direction. He reached back into his backpack & pulled out a sharps container to put the dart in.

Sherri finally drove in the lot at the park with her sleek black sports car with yellow highlights. Perhaps it was a bit outdated, it was a used car after all, but most teenagers dreamed to have a car like that.
"Hey, people!" She shouted, running towards the end of the park. "Anybody who needs a ride?" She asked. "To the ER or to their home? Or someone to talk to?" I've got a car here. "Oh, and my mom is a nurse and I have veterinary and first-training as well as the whole kit here if you need immediate help," she explained, holding up a bulky grey plastic case.

A sleek black vehicle drove up. An extremely tall, beautiful woman with a business suit including a blazer with a white shirt, a tight knee length skirt, white tights, and black chunky heels stepped out.
This woman stepped out calmly, long black wavy hair flowing down her back. She had unmistakable violet eyes. All the men's eyes were drawn to the tall, beautiful woman.
She walked over to Toby, for he looked older and less unstable than the teenagers, wincing at the heels. She usually was sitting when she did work, so heels didn't matter. She kind of towered over him.
"Sir, I hear there her has been a disturbance. Have you met anyone called the Pure?" Enchantment twisted into her voice, she was unsure whether to trust him, though he looked trustworthy enough, she had learned to trust no one. It was impossible to notice the enchantment unless you knew what to look for. If you were an enchanter yourself, or say, telepathic.
She was surprised to see the color of his eyes matched hers. She gasped in surprise. "Rex? No."
"Oh," Peter mumbled, feeling stupid. He glanced at Wolfram, thinking he didn't look much like a cat. He heard the voices of Maryella, Sherri, and Indigo, but he wasn't listening to what they said. He was staring at Grace, thinking, trying to figure this all out. Why had these masked people attacked Grace and the others? Why had his math teacher assigned so much homework? Why was he thinking about homework right now?
Toby looked up at her, startled. The first thing he saw was her shoes "man, your feet are gonna be so sore. Heels aren't fun." He said. He stood up from where he was kneeling on the ground next to Grace & pulled off his glasses. The height difference made him a little uncomfortable, since she was at least a few feet taller than him. "Did you call me 'sir'? Am I in trouble or something? I never get called sir unless I'm in trouble. Who are you, & how do you know about the pure? Are you with them?" Toby asked. "What about Rex? If he did something wrong and you want me to apologize you have the wrong guy."

(oh, my alerts are awfully bad.)
Indigo laughed harmoniously. It sounded like a beautiful ambience, like a waterfall mixed with birds and something magical. She really shouldn't have worn heels, she was already over six feet tall.
"No, no, your not in trouble, I want to help you. You look, related to Rex. Maybe I should tell you a bit about myself. I'm Indigo Alan, I work, well for a group, which fights this Pure, called The Multitude, because all the antonyms for Pure sound disgusting," she said with another laugh. "I was wondering... why do you look so much like Rex? There aren't that many people with brown hair and violet eyes.... I mean there aren't that many people with violet eyes at all. I thought I just inherited it as a special trait of beauty with my... mother having them," she said quickly, too quickly. She was going to say with my being an enchantress, but decided to keep this a secret. She could be too careful. "So what do you do?"
(Italics mean she's enchanting him to tell her, or do something.)

Maryella shouldered her bat and frowned, a little miffed at being ignored. Normally groups like this didn't just stand around in the rain for nothing. What were they doing?

Indigo looked toward her, and back at Toby.

"I look like Rex? That's weird. We're not blood related. He's my step-dad." Toby looked at her. She was extremely pretty, & her laugh was almost enchanting. "Depends on what you mean what I do. Like for work, I'm a part time waiter, & a part time janitor. I also work at a makeup store. Power wise, I have shadow magic." Toby blurted out. His eyes widened. "What did you do to me?"

"Oh, shadow magic... maybe you have already noticed, no, it's still a physical power... I didn't do anything," Indigo lied, forcing him to believe her. She didn't have to be a good liar when she could enchant him. She started to feel nervous. When he found out, he would never trust her again. She never should have done that. "Makeup, huh, I don't wear much, do men ever wear make up?" She nearly blushed from the awkward question, but covered it up without the use of make up.

"Nice dog you got there," Indigo said. "So, the disturbance," she said in a meditative way, to calm him down with her voice. "What did you see, do you need help?"

"Thanks. His name is Alpha." Toby said. "All I saw was a bunch of people in black & masks asking about a key. Everyone started fighting & then they left. I think we're okay. I got most of everyone's injuries treated. Alice said it wouldn't be smart to call the police or hospital."

"No, calling the police might not be a good idea," Indigo whispered."What do you know about a key?" She asked .She hadn't heard much about a key. Her organization was new, and didn't have much information on these people.

Wolfram snarled, his eyes narrowed. He was sitting next to Bleddyn."What do you want?"He growled, refusing to shake her hand.

Indigo's magical voice was calm. "Hello, I am Indigo Alan. I want to help you. What do you know about the key?" she asked, her magical voice squeezing the answer out of him, undetected, coaxing him gently, but she was forcing him to answer. Indigo smiled the most beautiful smile as she towered over him. She crouched by him to show she meant no harm, and it was not hard to believe her, her beautiful violet eyes filled with kindness, her voice more beautiful than any music in the world.

Wolfram hissed at her, not fooled by her tricks. She is just like Mapleshade...."I know nothing of a key! And I don't want your help!"He snapped.
