The door pushed open and a tall man in a dark blue police jacket stepped inside he moved to take off his cap, but only adjusted it atop his head so that the brim sat a bit higher. His brown eyes scanned the room noting each person. The girl infront of him by the makeshift table seemed quite young her bright green eyes looking up at him she seemed startled. The other girl was in the corner she seemed to be afraid of something avoiding looking directly at him. The Merwoman in back seemed to be completely comfortable with his presence, She was obviously the store owner, relaxing in her tub. "Morning!" He said cheerfully trying to put the younger ones at ease. "We were called about a disturbance in the park. It happened right out side of this fantastic little shop, there were several people involved, did any of you see what happened?" He smiled broadly trying to make eye contact with each of them. The girl in the corner still avoided his gaze, picking at a loose splinter on one of the wooden shelves.

"Uh, yeah, probably not, no."Wolfram gasped, his chest heaving."If a lady with cat ears and a insane look comes looking for me, you have no clue who I am, and Im not here, got it?"He told Lachlan, opening his bag. He let out a relieved sigh, two pieces of paper rolled up inside, along with some clothes.
"Got it." Lachlan said.
River grabbed her phone as a text from Zen flicked up in her messages. "Looks like your father is coming home to get some stuff and say bye later today, then work needs him out of town for a few days." She said to Lachlan, typing out a reply.
"Oh, is he at work right now?"
"Yeah, apparently something went down at his work."

Sherri resisted the urge to tell the police the truth and nothing but the truth. He seemed so nice and easy to talk to. How old is he exactly, Rose Quartz.
What could get them in trouble anyways?
But the usually outgoing girl remembered Indigo's warning, and despite Indigo being a despicable liar, Sherri was still concerned by it. And she was put off by Alice's fear.
She decided as the legal adult, the merwoman would have to take all of the questions, and Sherri couldn't take the blame if the adult stranger shopkeeper told lies, could she?

"Where does he work?"Wolfram asked, pulling out a notebook. He flipped through it, before dumping it back into his bag.
"He fixes cop radios, radio towers, and stuff like that. Around state." Lachlan piped up.
"Seems a site outside of town is offline." River added.

"Um," Brisa began to speak, but stopped. She didn't want to lie, but could she trust him? She knew she should. But what if he's secretly one of the Pure? "Um, well, there were some people out there, I think..." She trailed off, trying to play dumb, and glanced hopefully towards the others for help, hoping he wouldn't notice the slight shake in her voice.

"Cool."Wolfram murmured, partly wishing he knew what his father had done. He pulled out a rolled up note, narrowing his eyes.I have four notes that I keep in my bag. This is a fifth one... He unrolled it slowly.

Dear Wolf,

I'm so sorry it had to end like this. By the time you will read this, I will be gone. Wolf, I love you so much, I couldn't wish for a better son. I only wish I could have given you better. A better life, a better house, a father, a dog, everything you wanted and wanted to be.

I'm so sorry I couldn't have done that. But I am prouder of you then you think.
I'm so sorry I left you with Mapleshade. But if you haven't already, you have to leave, NOW! You probably know who the Pure are by now....Mapleshade knows who they are and wants to help them! She wants to kill YOU, Wolf!

I love you so much, Stay safe, goodbye....Silver.

A highly audible shriek of fear echoed around the house, and he dropped the note, his eyes wide.

And they tried to attack some people, Sherri said, knowing no one but Sandy would understand her.
Really? Sandy said. That is why you are here?

(He has a nice mom. I think it's funny he wanted a dog and then Sherri has like cynophobia or something.)
