«We Could Be Legends»

Wolfram's head jerked up quickly, as if he had been snapped out of a trance. He looked as if he was going to snarl something, when he paused. Something warm, red...sticky, trickled down his hand. His skin was pale, the crimson red liquid glittering brightly against the cold, pale skin. Four marks where bleeding where he had dug his nails into his skin. His pupils narrowed. There was only one sensible thing to do.

So he did it.

In one swift movement, he whirled around, slammed his bleeding hand into the wall as hard as possible, not even a second later a shriek of pain echoing in the house.
Not the most sensible thing to do, thought Sherri.
That boy is so afraid of blood he punches a hole in the wall? Yikes. Don't say anything.
Emily quietly departed and told River what had just happened. @RiverStorm

Lachlan's head snapped around, wincing. Oh boy, here we go. He edged closer. I don't want to make him more upset... "I... I'm sorry about everything that's been happening to you, man."

River turned at the shriek, and found Emily standing in her face. "Ergh, I should go talk to him."

Wolfram slowly turned to face him, half way hunched over. He hand his hand close to his chest, breathing heavily. He looked up at Lachlan, a glare in eyes. He looked like he could defintally kill someone. Like, right now. He Didnt move, just stayed hunched over, holding his injured hand."...nothing is going to be right again. I can feel it. Everything's going to change and there is nothing we can do to stop it."His voice was scarcely a whisper, his voice raspy and anger, but also underneath is sounded weak and vulnerable.

Lachlan began to say something, but his mother stepped forward, glancing at him and he shut his mouth, backing away.
River turned to Wolfram. "How is your hand?" She said kindly, crossing her arms.

Wolfram hissed, backing against the wall. He coiled up like a snake, threateningly. His hand ached. He didn't know if it was broken or not. But it ached, it pulsed rapidly, the pain making him dizzy. He glared at River, then let his body relax. She had let him stay at her house, and she could kick him out at anytime."Fine."He mumbled, almost wanting to punch something again out of sheer frusteration.

River raised an eyebrow. "Good. There's a punching dumby in storage if you want, or the wall could do." She winced. "That... Wasn't funny, sorry." She sighed. "I know no one understands what you are going through, but I know close enough. And I know right now you don't know if you should cry or strangle something. I'm sorry that these people put you through this." She paused. "I can show you to the guest bed room if you want to put your backpack up, and if you give me your dirty clothes, I'll wash them."

He's so right, Sherri thought. Everything is going to change.

Wolfram leaned against the wall, his anger simmering down, only a bit, though."You couldn't be more right...."He sighed, flexing his injured hand slowly. It Wasnt broken, thankfully."I guess..."He mumbled half-heartedly, shrugging. He didn't care at this point. He glanced at Bleddyn for a minute, a glimmer of hope flickering in his eyes.No...He looked away quickly, hoping River didn't see. He wouldn't let himself fall for anyone, ANYONE! He wasn't that weak. Or are you?

"If you shift, is your paw uninjured?" Sherri asked. "I know some shifters can do that, I personally can't, but some can..."
