«We Could Be Legends»

(Guess the van's on a different time zone...)

Bleddyn's eyes flickered and she slumped back as the knife was pulled from her thigh. A hissing groan came from tight lips; it was an effort to keep herself here. The fresh flow of blood spurted, free of its obstruction, and sent soft trickles of chilling warmth over her desensitized leg. "There is n-no way I'm letting yy-you cut off my entire lll-leg," she snapped with as much defiance as she could muster while skipping between the fine lines of consciousness. "Take care of yourself and him. Ll-leave me be."
Wolfram threw the knife to a ground, unable to look at it for a second longer. A shudder passed through his spine as he was painfully reminded that the very blade had killed his mother."I'm not going to cut your leg off, Bleddyn."He murmured, wrapping his sweatshirt tightly around the wound."Don't be a drama queen."He held his hand above the wound, wrapped tightly with his sweatshirt, applying more pressure."Sorry...I'm not trying to hurt you more."He murmured.

Indigo arrived with gauze and antiseptic. "Thought this might help you more," not expecting his thankfulness to her arrival after what she had done.
