«We Could Be Legends»

"I said SHUT UP!" He yelled. A group of guards walked passed, but didn't give them any weird looks. After all, stuff like this probably happens a lot. "If you want to argue you can do it in your cell! Now shut up! Both of you!"
River grew silent, a ruthless look on her face.

Misty snapped her mouth shut and glared back at Toby, a real sense of blood lust in her eyes

River grew silent, a ruthless look on her face.

Why do they actually look like they want to kill me? I'm not being too harsh, am I? He glared back at them, and continued down the hall. And, like always, I have no idea where I'm going.

River growled. "Old and decrepit? We're the same age, thirty-eight! That's not old, you mutt dog!"
(I love how they insult each other by calling each other "Coyote" and "Mutt dog" XD)
"Im not the same age as you! You old bag! Im 37!" That was the last thing that Misty uttered and she continued to walk along.

Misty looked back at Toby and gave him a quick nod, that told him that they wouldnt actually hurt him.

Zion finally had enough
"You two need to stop your crap!" He spat, his eyes turning wild as he looked at the two bickering teens. "My sister is dying and you two are standing here fighting when we need to be moving!" His nostrils flared in fury, he turned to Lachlan and held out his sister. "Hold Delilah please Lachlan," he asked. Then handed her to him, Zion then turned to the locked door and shifted into his eagle form and hovered in front of the lock, he pushed one of his talons into the lock and started fishing around to unlock it.

"What do we have here?" Low, chuckling snarl sounded in Wolfram's ear. Wolfram slowly put Bleddyn down, straightening up, his back still to the voice."Turn around, child. Or the girl dies."He heard a gun being pulled out."If that's what you want, Mapleshade."Quickly, he spun on one heel to face her, at the same moment a fist slamming into her cheek, one foot kicking her to the ground.
The physopathic furry let out a pained screech, the gun falling beside her. Wolfram shot forward, grabbing the gun. He raised it toward Mapleshade, his eyes narrowed. His hand trembled slightly, his finger on the trigger."Let us out of here, or I'm going to kill you, just like you killed my mother."He hissed.

Zion turns his head and watches them for a few moments then goes back to picking the lock, at a quicker pace now.

Lachlan took Delilah, holding her protectively in his arms, watching Mapleshade with a cruel look in his eye.

River nodded, strapping it on, handcuffed herself, and nodded to show she was ready. She swiveled her ears.

Mapleshade looked at Wolfram with a disgusted look. She got to her feet, and knocked the gun from Wolfram's hand, In a swift movement her hand shot up, punching him in the face, raking her nails down his cheek.

Pain seared through Wolfram's face, but it didn't stop him. He dashed forward, snatching the gun from the ground. He whirled around, slamming Mapleshade into the wall, holding the gun up again."Give me the key!"He snarled, his hand trembling."I'll kill you if I have to."He snarled. Then something caught his eye. On her belt, a silver key glittered. Then, very calmly, but a look of silent rage on his face, he slammed a fist into the side of her head, and the female dropped to the ground, the key falling from the belt at his feet.

The moment Wolfram knocked out the lady who threatened to kill him, the lock that Zion was picking clicked and the door opened a crack. Zion peers over his shoulder at Lachlan then pulls out his talon. He lands on the ground, his long talons clicking against the hard stone. He cocks his head at the key on the floor then shifts back into human form and gingerly takes Delilah from Lachlan's arms.
Bleddyn stared at the fallen cat mutant woman, impressed that Wolfram had actually done that. Guess he doesn't always let fear yoke him to its will after all.
She turned to the human Zion and hobbled over to peer closer at the crumpled form he clutched possessively. For the first time that entire weekend, her heart dropped lower than her chest. Delilah didn't look good at all. If it was possible, her furred skin appeared even smaller than usual. She lay perfectly still in her brother's arms; with a jolt, Bleddyn realized she couldn't even tell if the fox's flanks twitched with breaths. "What's wrong with her?"

Toby looked relieved as they continued down the hall. They walked down a flight of stairs and to a door. The door was cracked open slightly, and he peaked in. Inside were Zion, Delilah, Lachlan, Bleddyn, Wolfram, & Sherri.

(If you want it to be harder to find them or if I ruined someone's plan I can edit this.)

Wolfram stepped away from Mapleshade, staring at the creature crumpled on the ground in a sort of fascinated horror. I didn't think I had that in me, considering I crumble at her words every time she opens her mouth. He realized the door was already open. And good thing. He grabbed the gun, masked man after masked man running toward them. He shot at three of them, taking action instead of freezing. He backed towards Bleddyn, standing in front of her, protecting her from any dart's or bullets they might shoot."Put the gun down."One of the males hissed, his voice unnaturally deep."Try me!"Wolfram spat."You'll regret it!"He shot at the man it front of him, the last of that group shot dead. But more footsteps where nearing. Panic shot through him, realizing he had no more bullets. Don't freeze, don't freeze... "Run, NOW!"He snarled, whirling around to see Bleddyn."Cooperate for once!"He hissed, quickly, but carefully, swooped her off her feet into his arms."Why the FRICK do you have a FOX IN HERE?!"He snarled at Zion.

Bleddyn nearly smacked him in violent correction, then thought better of it as a bullet whistled right by her face and his neck. To avoid getting hit, she had to lean in far closer to him than she would've preferred. "That's Delilah, you idiot, and she's hurt bad." Her dangling right arm jerked upward and draped around his neck as a dart missed it by nothing more than a hair. This is getting insane.

"Well when you say it like that it sounds bad." Jessi said, smiling.

Brisa smiled. "What do we know about the key so far? I hardly know anything, just that there's a key." She said.

(Sorry for the absence)

Alice arrived back at River's her knuckles white on the steering wheel. She put it in park and stepped out into the street.

She took a deep breath and let it out slowly to calm herself,
"It's all yours Jessi." She said pretending the drive had been a breeze. "That is, if you can figure out how to turn on the wipers." She chuckled the tension slowly easing from her body.
"I didn't leave a note, Camilla will you text mom, don't tell her where we're going though."

Alice pulled some blank pieces of paper and a pen out of her jacket pocket, she decided she had to make an attempt at her home work and the car ride would do. And she hopped in back of the van. (sorry it might be a few days before I'm back. If it's needed someone else will have to play Alice while I'm gone.)

Jessi jumped into the car. She looked at all the controls, and found the one for the windshield wipers. "Okay. Someone's going to have to give me directions, I don't know where I'm going." She said.

Taking a deep breath, Brisa climbed in the van. This is all becoming very real. She thought, the tiniest inklings of worry beginning to drift in her stomach.
(This Wolfdyn storyline is becoming quite interesting! :pop )
Grace hopped into the van, Peter close behind her. She sat down, than realized that there wasn't enough room for her brother to sit beside her. She jerked a thumb at the back, a glint in her eyes. "Guess you'll have to socialize, bro." She muttered as he slunk past her. He shot her a look and sat down, quickly buckling himself in and hoping that the people sitting next to him wouldn't start talking.
"So. You guys do this often?" Grace asked, a crooked grin set on her face.
