Do you or anyone you can tag, know what to do in a case of an extreme worm load? These poor birds are getting sicker.

The girls are sleeping on a roosting bar we set up in our bedroom so we can monitor them all night.
Alek was feeling so poor he couldn't balance on the bar so he is sitting on a bar directly on the floor. We couldn't administer the flush on him because we couldn't see his trachea enough to make sure we weren't entering it.

We dewormed 11 birds from June 5th - 8th. Thank you so much for helping us.
They all are asleep and can barely open their eyes.

A good call not to administer without seeing it. It breaks my heart seeing your birds, you and your sister going through this.
I have no experience at all with worms in birds (I didn’t even see them in the pics at first) only heartworm in dogs, so I hope someone with experience will come online

My sister has been working hard all day to try and get the syringes right. She did a wonderful job. My parents helped immensely too. One held a flashlight, one held the syringe, I held the birds, and Tiff opened their beaks and inserted the tubing. My mom was running around getting us everything we needed and keeping everything running smoothly.

I have no experience with worms as well. I had no idea they even had any. I was worried a couple weren't laying recently so we wanted to deworm in case that was the problem. I had no clue. Now I know what to look for in the future.
