(Question: once you was an incubator and get it heated back up is it technically warmed up if you did a hatch previous, hatching wizard @Laodicia?)
I'm not sure I understand your question... but while I was away for a day, I shut down my big incubator, after I got home I turned it back on an let it heat up overnight before moving the eggs back.

Basically, you want it running long enough that the surfaces inside are the same temperature as the air so you aren't getting hot an cold spots. :D

Wash today and set tomorrow I guess, but when we set ours we only gave it an hour to settle and they did fine so hmmm. Maybe after washing we can set.

I dont think it will make much difference incubator temp wise if you set them an hour after start up. you know your temps are good once it gets going.
