I have had several I've always found this to be accurate:
Obviously you don't want to agree to anything that you aren't willing to actually do. But employers are looking for someone who will be dedicated to doing their job and doing it to the best of their ability. Some one who isn't going to be calling in "sick" so they can hang out with their friends.
O_____O Fanci.... please don't use those weaknesses EVER ever again. weaknesses are... "weaknesses" like: Sometimes I'm too honest or I am overly dedicated to my work. Those 3 say to me: I'll be late to work more often than not, I will be distracting to others who are trying to work, and no one will get along with me.

as an example 3 weaknesses I would have for me:
Public speaking
Too honest
Focusing on details too much
I'm not great at being in the spot light talking in public makes me uncomfortable, but if it has to be done I can do it.
I can be too honest, I try my best to be tactful, but I value honesty over feelings.
I can be too focused on details, especially not wanting to leave before a job has been finished properly.
