Awesome, I love animals and was thinking of becoming a vet but I decided just to become a Veterinary Technician. (just one step down)

Niiiiice. I take bunches of pre-vet courses now at different clinics, and I've taken quite a few junior internships...
Funny thing is, I really have no inspiration for my career to veer that way.

So what stuff are you doing to actually get a chance to feel what being a vet feels like? Have you shadowed?

I want to but most vets say I have to be a certain age, insurances purposes.

They're even scarier when they're drilling teeth and you're just looking awkwardly at them, waiting for it to be over so you can go home. @-@
