Well, my cleaning today was not a decluttering, it was cleaning my bathtub. Since it's done, no point in before and after pictures.

The iron in our water stained the tub terribly. CLR (don't use that if you can't open windows) didn't really touch it. A neighbor recommended Bar Keepers Friend. $4 for a can. Way less than the $20 for the big jug of CLR.

WOW. OMG. What a difference. It took a lot of scrubbing and about 2 hours (some of that was sprinkle the stuff on and wait), but just wow.

We got an iron filter, so it should never get that bad again, but now I have a way to clean it.

Does moving my quail from the grow out to the new ground pens count as decluttering? I'm separating out all the extra males and trying to figure out which color combinations I want to put in each pen, that's kind of like organization... It's just too nice to be inside, I'm enjoying the first cold front of the season so much!

Mine do not have the notches cut out. I imagine they were the cheapest cabinets that was available at Lowes at the time the previous owners installed them and they just didn't spring for hardware.

I use bar keepers friend too. We have very hard water - it corrodes and leaves scale on everything!

Ok, so I did a little bit yesterday on revising our daughter’s donations so they can be transported. I forgot the “before”, but here’s the “after” with the packed boxes and the way too big box that I partially emptied. Tomorrow we brush hog (really the Billy Goat) some vegetation in hopes of making our place less hospitable to our marauding bobcat.
