Egg handlers license is different from NPIP. NPIP has to do with ensuring that the birds are healthy. Egg handlers license is to make sure that the eggs are safe to eat or otherwise handle. That’s lameeeeeee. But doesn’t NPIP count as a permit? Or just means you can sell them?
Right so if i take a Roux Female from the sex links and a Pharaoh male and cross them because they are half and half the cross would result in 1/4 being homozygous for pharaoh and homozygous for Roux so at that point i should if i can determine which are 100% pharaoh and 100% roux basically determined by a test breeding of the said birds then essentially i could reproduce the sex link in the third generation correct?you can breed them but to produce your own sex-link hatch, you have to breed a roux male to a pharaoh hen as sex-link hatches opposite of parent gender color (if my paraphrasing makes sense). zack has a you tube video explaining the sex-link
