I bet if you put your phone DOWN they'd go away.

Nahh cause I’ve been getting them even before I turn my phone on or when I’m off it for a while. Even sometimes from the second I wake up. It’s not all my phone. I’ve been off it more lately. These ones are not phone related. I can tell the difference.

I DO think it’s probably at least partially diet and/or sleep related though cause after the wedding or at least after everybody left last Monday I went right back to my awful sleeping and eating habits cause I didn’t have a reason not to anymore. Staying up late, sleeping late, sitting around, eating like shit, etc. so I think that’s probably a big culprit.

I also haven’t really been sleeping well some nights for some reason and it’s worse after that.

But I did also find out this herbal blend sinus supplement drop things I was taking in the morning were causing it too because I took some one night after my headache had gone away and it came back. So I stopped taking that. I was using it cause I’ve also been waking up kinda congested but not worth the headache.

I did also find out this meatball sub I was getting caused it but it was so good I kept getting it

But with the food ones it usually goes away in a few hours. But sometimes not.

But I also get them for like seemingly no reason sometimes. Like for example sometimes it will start just from one eye being irritated or dry and turn into a full migraine. Although I guess the dry eyes could also be partially from the phone because they say you don’t blink when using it or less which is bad. But I never had an issue until I started rinsing my eyes a million times a day.

Sticking them under the faucet is probably not good for them.

But some of them also come from my jaw and/or neck hurting.

I think there are multiple causes for mine. Some are food (or lack of, I get sick if I don’t eat too), some are dehydration, some are from my eyes, some are from the jaw/neck, etc. I’ve narrowed it down to those 4 main categories. And sometimes I just don’t know.

Like for instance, the wedding I got one in the afternoon I think because of the makeup although I also didn’t eat or drink for a couple hours so as not to ruin it so that could be it.

But then even after I ate and drank, I was fine for a while but it turned into a full blown one after the ceremony and I had one the whole night which sucked. But I did eventually go into the bathroom and sit there a while and wipe off some of the makeup and loosen my hair as well as get some fresh air outside and then I felt better after that. Still had one but it wasn’t debilitating/excruciating anymore and I had fun.

Oh and I also get them after concerts. Every time. Guaranteed. Wearing earplugs delays the onset until after (used to get them during) but I still get them every single time. But I love going so I go anyway.

But both of those instances, the wedding and concerts, I am not on my phone or at least barely on it the whole night and yet I still get them. Worse than any of the other situations actually.

And I get them if I exercise too much in the heat or do too much outside, etc.

Not on my phone then either.

I am sure the phone probably does contribute to some of them but even when I don’t use it, I still get them quite often.
