we don’t! Freezing rain is the one thing I don’t go out in lol too miserable and prime “make you sick” weather!

That's true! I moved farther south. I'm probably not completely sane though according to the neighbors who hear me talking to my ducks and chickens daily.

Heck, I was even talking to the fish at the pet store yesterday. I’m sure everyone walking by thought I was insane.

Where do you order them from?
I forgot.

Maybe they just printed the shipping label on Saturday but didn't ship them until today.

i ordered through PP and they shipped on saturday last time too......it said expected delivery today but still in kansas city so my guess is they didn’t account for holiday in shipping?? hopefully i’m overreacting and all will be fine
it was pretty rough here this morning.....but all aviary birds seemed to be tolerating well and loving the new straw!! had to thaw turkey water and 1 rabbit water but that was it.
I lost another “big” chick this morning.....i’m thinking too hot but i turned off heat lamp and they were huddling so left it on for now......thinking of switching out to regular white bulb this afternoon and see if that helps. the size difference in this batch is crazy and i expect to lose runts but not these huge chicks.....
