How bad/wrong would it be if I set eggs, after my current batch, and purposely ran the bator with high humidity?

I put quail eggs in the chicken turner. Limited to 42. If I got quail rails, 120 chicks are too many for my setup. I'd have to build more coops.@Kiki do you have a turner or do you do it by hand. I'm literally thinking about getting eggs this weekend!
