I’ve never done a all pansy hatch.....have just gotten the occasional from assortments but lots of color variations even then

Squirrel is delicious unless they are eating pine trees. In that case they taste like turpentine.

I think I would still be grossed out by it haha

And also we have tons of pine trees around here, it’s basically the only tree except for a few oaks and maples, maybe an aspen or birch or two. So they’re probably eating pine cones and/or acorns. Mostly acorns I think but idk. But it’s all pine trees

Our neighborhood yard dogs keep everything in check, except for from the air. Snakes, squirrels, raccoons, possums, rats, mice, cats.... in exchange they get flea & tick collars & can sleep on my porch! Fair exchange IMO.

So i was trying to sex my quail today and I used to Known males to figure the bulb or bump or whatever you want to call the thing and I felt a bump on some of them but its not very big and they are not exuding and foam i still don't have any eggs and Monday makes 7 weeks i just white Christmas lights up so that i could simulate 14 hours of daylight trying to kick them into gear arghhhh I'm impatient i want eggs NOW!!!!

It would not have been a surprise if you had paid attention to @Kiki 's pansy hatch. Pansies are not a single color.

I like those colors as well, I only had 1 Tibetan and zero Italians. So looks like it'll be okay. It doesn't matter what color they are when I eat them either, right!?
