Lockdown wasn’t even on my radar til you brought it up.....turns out lockdown for me is Thanksgiving day!

I need to stop by the dollar stor to get some more grippy stuff so I can take the turner out today.
I used the grippy stuff this time. I'll see how it works. The towel worked but got soaked sitting in the bator last time.
The "grippy stuff" is reusable. It handles washing very well. I have even thrown some in the washing machine and it did fine. Of course you can't put it in the dryer.

I usually just throw it away because after I take it out of the incubator I put it into the brooder for the first couple of days and they poop on it.
I stole grippy stuff from my cupboard because I thought I had extra but I didn't 
I washed it and let it dry then put it in the bator.
Now I need a roll of grippy stuff to replace what I stole!

Even then, it can be washed easily. It is a lot more durable than you may think. If it is really nasty, I take it outside and hose it off before I wash it.
