Quail getting into position to break out of the egg
Second hatch had an issue, yesterday (on day 15). I noticed my donut humidifier was no longer working. So, I replaced with a mini fogger. It's not hooked up through the controller so, I need to monitor manually. While cooking dinner, I turned it on and forgot about it. Humidity got to around 85%+ for a short period. I remedied that but, in that time, a puddle had formed and I didn't notice it. I checked it about an hour later and the temp had dropped to low 80's. I had to run to Wal-Mart and get a new heater and hook it up. In that time, temp got as low as 74°. Once I got new heater hooked up, the temp rose fast and the humidity stabilized. It was low for no more that 1 1/2 hours. Because of the fluctuation last night, I waited to candle and move to lockdown. It's looking good again and I've set a new 120 eggs onto the turner in the incubator.

Also for people wondering...he’s still never produced any foam šŸ˜… He’s a baby for life it seems...
Days are getting longer. It's just a matter of time for love to be in the air. And foam on the ground. :lau

Babies are a week old. Time for them to go outside. Still a little chilly is the problem.

Look what @Kiki sent me!
