well this particular strain of quail is already out there and i think widely distributed. so its nothing new really

True! Probably wanted it to be a surprise or whatever. Might ruin the suspense or whatever when they do release it although it could also make people want it more I guess haha but that’s another thing I just thought of... by even mentioning it they might get a bunch of requests now asking if he will sell them it because he sold you them. Not that anyone here would do that but they probably want to avoid that. Like if they have one person them, they gotta give everyone them now.
