Yes that is still a little cool for them and the moisture can be really bad for them. Mine are 3 weeks old and are huddled under a heat lamp because the air temperature is under 70°F

I may need to put on my frogg Toggs to gather up dummy baby quail that are just standing in the rain and turn on the heater

past few years we’ve been nice and flooded until after 4th of july!! the humidity here is worse than florida so i can see why you didn’t like it!! the current problem is that the jet stream is actually up near canada so it’s like a vacuum sucking moisture out of the gulf straight into the midwest! my area and the area i’m traveling too is forecasted to get 5” of rain minimum this week!
