Little, dark and mean may not make it to eating size. I just watched him grab one of the albinos and try to drag it around by the head.
Sounds like a good candidate for solitary. Putting it in with older birds may work too.

I acquired a small round bird cage and used it as solitary. Worked well. He was butchered eventually because it didn't calm him down, but I only waited a week. The first one I put to solitary crowed incessantly. Even the neighbor asked what that was. :lau

Been 5 days. I will candle tonight to see how the incubator eggs are doing.

QB#15 are growing. Been outside since day 3. There is so much difference between having 6 or fewer compared to 20+ in the brooder. The 20+ are chaotic with all the motion and commotion.
 
I've started separating out the few roos that are feather sexable and I kicked all of my three week olds outside. Aren't these boys pretty? Too bad I'm not keeping them.
