➡ Quail Hatch Along🥚

No, wouldn't work, as white is not a factor which lighten up. It white/white pied or not white.

Try to cross the "silver-roux" with the Cinnamon ... this will be interessting 👍

Wait a moment, I'll go to my PC and make a collage of Cinnamon pictures from my favorite breeder, I order the most.
Takes a while for an old man :old🤣

Oh, she is beautiful I 😍 Any ideas about what colours would create this beauty?

I agree about light it is so difficult. You do have some beautiful birds :)

Mine is definitely more golden - do you think my golden with a white might work?
Check to see if your phone camera has advanced or professional options. You can adjust until the picture shows what you see.

It's been awhile since I have posted! So I figured Id update! Quilliam is looking like a boy officially now! Started getting those buff chest feathers in the other week and has put on some size! Luckily the pigeons haven't given him any issues although he's now less than enthused by my company when he has toys and perches and hides to play in 😭 hoping for more quail soon to keep the boyo company once he goes into the actual aviary.

Ok ... here are the variations of Cinnamon from the breeder I said:

Edit: beside the Tibetan-Cinnamon, left is a roo, right a hen.

Checking these, I just relize, that the one of your youngs, I couldn't really identify (left upper corner) may be a Tibetan-Cinnamon Tux 🤔 ... as the dad is a Tibetan Tux, and some of your girls are Cinnamon ... this is very likely.

I guess now, that MyShire are experimenting much with Cinnamon in their "German Pastell"

This is where I ordered my wildtype-cinnamon! Who knows what went wrong that I have a stripe party now. :th

Oh my... really beautyful, your birds. No wonder their offspring are so cute 😃

It is always difficult, as especially digital cameras are switching colors by light an the inbuilt photo-sensor.

For me the girls look like Cinnamon-Wildtype or Roux-Dilute.

Here is one of my Roux-Dilute girls:

And I am also still learing.

I crossed a Pharaoh roo with my Roux-Dilute girls, expecting some Brown-Wildpattern.
But I got 100% Falb Fees.

I thought the Dilute factor and the Fee factor are different, ... Dilute deletes black and Fee deletes red/brown ... still not figured out why I got Falbs.

Life not always do, what science tells to do 😉
Please remind me tonight to upload my color cheat sheet.
I need to dig for it.

Thank you :)
I am in the UK and colours do not seem to be much of a thing. To get my variety I had to buy eggs from several places - taking a good look at the birds they have to judge on possible hatches. From most hatches, I might get one bird hatch which was not standard.

Looking on the bright side I have lots of unrelated birds to experiment with :D
