My dogs like quail eggs.A few days ago, I had about 200 extra Quail eggs and some duck eggs. Blended them all up shells and all and threw them in microwave. All the birds were served some Quail/duck egg soufflés.
The birds thought so house smelled a little funky for awhile.

I think the shells in there doesn't help in microwave. But after 5 to 6 large Tupperware bowls half full it didn't smell the greatest that's all I know. Didn't look burnt just that sulfur egg smell.

Not sure if this is best topic for this thread.I had so many extra Quail eggs because I am in the middle of turning over all my layers/breeders with fresh stock. And all the newbies are in full lay now along with my older stock. So, double my norm right now. Along with all the duck eggs for the last few months and turkeys just going into full lay. Plenty of soufflés to go around.
