Daughter was lamenting that she had to pick a ballad for analysis right after the Hobbit hit the big screen. I suggested "Misty Mountain" and she jumped at it.
Teacher was looking through sign in sheets and saw her selection and she got to go first. Supported in discussion by all the other Tolkien fans (including the teacher). She got an A and was ecstatic about the discussion and reception.
I did "Devil went down to Georgia".

It was fun connecting all of the different concepts together as I hadn’t ever used a song as reference before in an essay. A different, but fun, challenge!

Hi! What do you wanna talk about? Some of us have to work for a living. Sometimes harder than others.
Good news is that I'm still employed and I'm going sleep good tonight.

By the way, 2 week old quail still in the brooder stink. Work for 14 hours and having issues doing chores. And it's been raining for another week. Should I keep complaining? I feel a little better.

That's another thing...

Cage is mostly done except for the sides, front, doors and the roof. Looking pretty good too!

Still bummed about losing the dummies. Batch #2 is 11.

I woke up to my son letting my dog out of her crate only to realize she had diarrhea explosions. And was then running all over the house!
Got the pooch cleaned up, myself cleaned up, and kids to school. (I left the crate for the hubs who was coming off shift shortly after I left for work).

Work ended slightly after 5pm when I realized I had probably a 5 inch rip down the butt crack of my work pants and had been like that all day. But it only took me 10 hours to figure that out. And where I work is a very professional place. So some of my coworkers are going to hear it on Monday for letting me walk around all day like that. I’ve never ripped the seat of my pants before today.

But at least everyone in my household is still alive and well right?!

They are saying they breed recessive whites (aka english white or A&M) as well as extended browns (aka tibetan or red range) into their flock so you might get a lot of variation the first few generations in shading compared to more pure pharoah lines.

What does this mean in (elementary)English?
Rotation is done every three generations so if a buyer only selects and breeds Wild Type “Brown” hatchlings the future hatched chicks should be all Brown after 2 generations – plumage identification sexing at 3 weeks – males will have varies levels of red tones on breast from light to dark & males will have darker color plumage patterns on head with less white markings than the Standard Wild Type aka “Pharaoh” – females will have varies levels of spots/dots on breast with some females having very dark brown barring on breast – the three meat line lineage that is used in rotational breeding every 3 generations is : Wild Type / Recessive White / Extended Brown – heterozygous

They rotate their breeding stock every 3rd generation, if they don't then their stock birds will return to the normal Wild type!
