It's weird, to me, how the eggs look at such different stages right now. I guess now would be a good time to start rotating them around in the bator.

Since I won’t be getting quail eggs until the spring... Mom has agreed to letting me set no more than 8 Bantam eggs. But chickens can’t live inside like quail... but it doesn’t really get THAT cold here. What do y’all think?

You can still order eggs. Is your second grow out cage complete? What about #3? Tick-tock.
Thermometers are calibrated, but the digital one is fritzy. May pull another one out.
I will order hygrometer today! Maybe. Taking recommendations.

We will, of course, be getting daily updates? Hourly may be egg-cessive.

Fake chickens can live just fine outside in your area. I have no doubt about it.
