We got that cold snap for 3 days tho. Our low tomorrow is like 48

Oh, it should be fine. I'd much rather get eggs in 50 degree weather than 90 degree or 20 degree (which I have done and they forgot to tell me it shipped so it sat out overnight and sucked).

I keep thinking I am going to get excellent new photos of my birds in their tractors, and then it's so blindingly bright outside I can't see anything and neither can the camera. I have to go out at like, 8pm.

last 15 jumbos set with 5 homegrown (large eggs) first round jumbos go to lockdown Thursday with falb fee (68 eggs). That bator will then become hatcher for july hatch. not sure if I will set more or shut it down for a bit.....depends on how quickly hubby gets my grow-out and brooding cages ready as well as some other factors. We’ve got to get chicken area cleaned up and try to get the 6 chickens moved over and convince the 3 that they are chickens!!
