Yea man u gotta be careful w the heat. That sounds like a really bad day, thank God ur mom was there to take care of you! I had each a sun stroke and a heat stroke. Not fun. Went to ER w the sun stroke as well as both girls who went tubing down the river with me. We were all crisps forgot the sunblock drinkn and floating for 8 hrs, everyone had to have pain meds for the burns and IV drips. The heat stroke happened in bootcamp, they took my bp like 50somthing over 70something, called me a zombie made me take bedrest i had to stay in the program and in prison an extra Month because of it said they couldnt believe i was on my feet. I Knew id wet myself if i drank an adequate amount of water so i just didnt who knew that would be disastrous my blood was like jello, the dr was impressed two people died in the program so they made a health test part of the enrollment the nurse practioner told me not to go and that she would write up a medical release for me before i even started so icould walk away at any point without a good time penalty. I still stuck it out and went home a yr earlier than i would have otherwise. The judge was pulled from the bench for his severe over sentencing me and 46 other people.

Ice cream for dinner on hot days (this coming week is likely ice cream week), I have a 4-pk of Scott as backup, but still panic when I’m down to 12 rolls. And I’m not admitting to other things.

Yeah I tend to get dehydrated really easily too, probably cause I don’t drink enough as it is let alone when I am outside haha usually get migraines from it too but not always. Yeah, I definitely need to haha surprisingly though I actually don’t really drink any other drinks, hate coffee, cut out soda a long time ago, rarely drink tea or juice, etc., so water is actually really the only thing I drink, and I actually do drink kind of a lot, always refilling my glass or whatever, BUT. I often go hours without drinking, get dehydrated, then chug a ton at once, usually right before bed, then pee it all out or wake up in the middle of the night/early morning to go, and get dehydrated again and sleep deprived lol should probably work on drinking it more often... I think that’s my biggest problem. Not necessarily quantity but timing lol and quantity too though cause I also just don’t drink nearly enough either even though I do drink it. Ha

I was originally given 30 years for my 3rd possesion of pot all minuscule amounts. Impact was after i went back to court when the judge was pulled and i was given 4 years and reccomended for bootcamp.

Oh my. What a nightmare.

It was insane but yea for all my whinning tonight, i felt i had to prove im no slouch. We started with around 60 in my platoon, 4 females, i was the Only female to graduate in my platoon with about 16 guys. Drill instructors get in your face screaming and "driving" (forcing you to do Hard exercises extended periods of time.) I got up at 330 every morning was in bed by 7 pm. Seriously though the worst for me was the Starving. I dont eat beans, rice or veggies of any kind so i would bust tail all day everyday and then theyd serve red beans for dinner and id just starve. I came out like a rock but swore to myself id never go hungry again. Normally people were able to order food from commisary but in bootcamp your Not allowed and i was living off of that before Impact hustling drawing for people and stitching and rolling cigarettes (which im really good at .)

Unbelievable. Speaking as a complete prude that wouldn't even jaywalk... I think US non-violent drug sentencing is much too harsh. Even the two years you "got off" with seems quite excessive.

too funny! It was unbelievable and the gaurds would even tell me i didnt belong. Id tell em the parish i was from and theyd understand compleatly. St Slammany(slang for tammany) has a 90some odd conviction rate. U get locked up for Anything and they Make it stick. I wasnt out running the sts acting crazy ima real low key gal not a teouble maker. They found me At Home while looking for another person the 1st and second time the third time i had a warrent running from those crazies. Been done fightin the law for a long time now though. 7 yr battle ended in parole 5 yrs ago.

Figured if i could get back up id be alright. We lived without AC the whole time in lockdown not allowed to be around anyone who wasnt in the program because of people trading for Food and or cigs.

OMG this is all so crazy and some of the stuff they did to you guys sounds like it should be illegal!! This sounds like torture practically. Omg. So sorry you went through that
