I know it's off topic and you currently have your hands full with babies,birds, and baby birds but I lost around 75lbs in 2017-18 using Figure 8 fitness.....while I haven't been as good at keeping up with my workouts during summer months, I have kept most of the weight off (at least enough to still wear same clothes!)

Very nice!!! I do have my hands full (and i keep adding to my own full plate :rolleyes:) but if i could just be more active id be alright. When i got the pool i was in it everyday for a whole month and lost 5 lbs the first Week! I just end up stuck inside. Hoping to see that and remind myself i need to go outside. usually if im sitn here i Could be outside cuz the kids are asleep.

Just wait until summer is over. It's too hot outside right now.
Another month inside won't kill ya. The extra weight will wait for it too cool off some.

I've lost 30+ pounds by just walking. No real workout routine. Just getting up and moving...walking.

I need to start walking more haha only do a couple days a week when I work (walking DB&FSIL’s dogs) and even then it’s not a long walk. And now I haven’t even walked in a couple weeks cause they haven’t been home. They got back yesterday though so I think I should be able to again soon. Today I randomly decided to go for a walk by myself. It was nice. I need to make a point to walk every day haha I sit around wayyyyyy too much. Like..... the majority of the day. :oops:

And hm yeah maybe. Idk. It’s way harder and I usually smudge all the ink or get it all over my hands. :lau

Another month? Boy it cools down quick out there --jk :gig ill be swimming til sept if i can help it. The pool helps keep my bad foot from killing me and i dont get overheated. Lots of good pool exercises, its especially great for the core where im most uncomfortable with myself.

You aren't hurting even if u arent helping :lau very cool that you lost that by walking! Great job! i love to take walks but i had broken my foot like mashed potatoes when i was about 14 so swimming :fl
