I like the look of the speckled Celadon eggs the best.

I'm going to try pickling with a raspberry or blackberry vinegar...you think it'd be way too weird?

I just made my 1st pickled eggs last week. I've never had one before so I don't know what to expect. I made mine with white & balsamic vinegars & a little siracha. I swear there're so ugly I had to put a bag over the jar.
