Are these the same thing as pearl pansy? Or totally different?

I mean, they looks different for sure but also so similar lol



The little stripey things look the same in both and are confusing me lol

There are little white fringes on the ends of pansies’ feathers (and maybe an extra band of white, too—but I can’t tell that for sure). The pansies’ feathers have a white rachis (spine) but the regular birds’ rachis is yellow/tan.

To me it kind of looks like harlequin barring
