I forget.I saw an embryo developing.
I put a sticky tape and I am hoping they will hatch...
Do you have a salt tested humidity gauge in there?

That's where experimenting with you're incubator is invaluable, trying different volumes of water and knowing how fast it evaporates, will help you to learn by experince how much water to add and when to add water. My incubator cannot keep steady 55-60% and when I pour water it goes to 70-75% and then slowly drops down. And they are still hatching.
I'm really thinking that you might need five or six colorful quailies soon.First pip this morning! I hear you knocking...
No added water until yesterday. Humidity bouncing around 30% depending on the rain showers. Outside humidity usually greater than 60%. Inside humidity depends on how long the door is open.
Added water to second smallest tray and humidity shoots to 70% and then dropped to 55%. Should be enough water to get through hatch.
The quail (and chickens) have really slowed laying. The older chickens are molting. The younger hens are considering it. Feathers everywhere. Need to finish figuring out the lighting timer and do it. Can someone come do my chores so I can focus?
I use ovascope AND I also have one of those cheap LED flash lights from the 1$ shop and if you follow the pictures that Kiki sent you can see everything. You don't need anything fancy or expensive. You had 103 eggs, right? I prefer to know what to hope for...No I don’t have a very bright light so I’m just going to let happen what happens
3-4, I'll see what happened with them tomorrow at lockdown.,How many cracked ones do you have?
Yep, calibrated the built-in humidity meter.I forget.
