➡ Quail Hatch Along🥚

Quail getting into position to break out of the egg
So this hatch I am feeding with a different turkey starter and I noticed their feathers are soooo much shinier than previous hatches! These are a week old. Apparently this company sells veeery medicated feed.

Nice! About how much does a sack of that good feed cost out there? We know a lady in Panama who struggles to get good feed and im glad you dont have the same issue.

Well I’m glad she has some fertile can’t wait to see them hatch
I just candled them all again.
I am almost positive that only those two are fertile.
This is not good.

So on the fertility of eggs - there is a white dot in the middle and then a white circle around that means the eggs is fertile? If only a white spot in the middle - not fertile, is that correct?
Yes!
It's really hard to see in pictures...almost as hard to see in person.

Can you take a picture of your feed bag and the feed tag please.

The medicated part of the feed is only to help prevent Coccidiosis...here and n the states. I'm betting it's the same over there but I'd need to see your feed bag/tag.
