➡ Quail Hatch Along🥚

You guys might just fall over dead if you saw my method of ignoring taking care of injuries. :duc

I'm the same way. Yesterday I screwed a screw in my finger and just kept working after I pulled it out. I was determined to get my meat chicken tractor done. I also tore my medial meniscus and did nothing about it for 2 weeks.

My button quail will immediately start calling like recorded in the first part of the video if I play the violin at a certain pitch. It's pretty funny.
Everytime I play a video or an audio, mine start going crazy calling, too!

Ouch!
I tore my rotator cuff (or some other similarly located muscle) and wasn't able to move my arm for a couple months. That one I kind of regret not getting some type of physical therapy for. I still have trouble bearing weight on it—I haven't been able to do a pullup since that happened.

 :th

OMG!

You must have crazy pain tolerance! Or just plain be crazy :p :lau

I would have probably been screaming and crying with both of those haha did the screw go through your finger!?

Unfortunately, they also wake up and start calling if any of my other critters make noise or run around, which results in me mumbling half-awake threats to skin them alive at 3 AM because they think that chinchillas bouncing around are a code-red threat that MUST be responded to.

<<shrugs>> Magic? I've never had an infection that required any form of intervention, even the puncture wounds.

For real!? OMG!! Wait... you don’t even treat animal bites!?

Yeaaaaaaaahhhhhhh.... probably should have done something about that one!!

My shoulder’s been kinda messed up lately but I don’t think it’s injured or anything. Its been questionable for years haha

X2, I think it's because i was raised on a real 'working ranch' verses a 'dude ranch :lau lived with the bugs around all the time, no infections...knock on wood! :D
