There are 3 turning racks. Each rack will hold 4 quail egg trays if double stacked for a total of 456 eggs per rack. This amounts to 1368 eggs total when the trays are double stacked.

Maybe you can use that thing to hatch some Pandas.
60 Minutes is on my TV right now...it's a show about Pandas. I want a baby panda bear.... Just for a few days.

Finally did the head count for Quail Batch #6. We are not amused. These were eggs I collected from the coops outside.
17 Males
9 Females
2 Females have already been culled

I was just hoping that I just thought I saw a lot of boys. Nope. There were that many boys. I'm feeling that I should separate the poor girls out. Not sure this group will last 10 weeks.

You are lucky.
You have enough females to keep two or three males.

These are the jumbos for the freezer. I will weigh the females for Set 3 potential layers. I think these are mostly from Sets 1 & 2.

Still need to weigh the original set and see how many make jumbo weight cause a couple won't.

the golden ones are cute. Hope they get big.
