They are due tomorrow...
My eggs usually pip 24 hours before they hatch.

The one egg with the crack has aot of red color in the air cell.

I've seen this once before and the chick did hatch but I don't remember if I had to help it out or not.

I'll have to search my posts on here to find out.

You gave them to me. Why can't you believe that?

If I were to say weird & unusual things happen to me, would you believe it now? Blame Crazy Lady or the combination that we create? Weird stuff happens. CONSTANTLY! Karma or curse?

Truth be told, I was expecting tuxedos out of this crossing. Not mostly white pied. Started learning genetics again, so I will say that white is dominant and I haven't got a clue and I'm losing interest due to complexity. More fun to be surprised.

The (now) 3 bleached/gold things are also cute. I shall call them caramel. BUT no more coops. Today.

I added Christmas tree lights to the rabbit cages last night to see if that kicks everyone's butt into laying.
I need to set homegrown + big boys eggs NOW.

I have a MALE who makes a nest and spends good 10 Mon hiding every laid egg in the nest. I cannot post videos but it is amazing! He is on the top of the egg now in the nest he made.

And I just witnessed (maybe) the first crowing of the Golden 19-day old male.
"Maybe" because he may have crowed before without me hearing him.
