If you're going to use that for a brooder, you might want to wrap the sides with a towel or something to keep the heat in until they're down to room temps.

i was just thinking of wrapping heating pad or hanging light over top like usual? i need to order some ceramic reptile bulbs or possibly get a 125 bulb for inside??

I had to tear/break the outer membrane...it was not broken. As soon as I did he fussed.
