the initial hatch pic i was going to say all pansy....2 standard and 1 light.....but i’m a little behind in my guesses

Low market volume.

easy to make at home.

find a cardboard box of correct size.
Heating pad with no auto off.
Cut sides of box into legs & suspend the heating pad inside.

for adjusting height, cut a (clean) box with longer legs or get inventive with legos, building blocks, real wood or kynex.

heating pad can be smaller than box, just add cardboard to discourage exploring chicks or larger than box. This provides a warming wall.

be warned, quail are too stupid to use a brooder plate. They will huddle & die in a cold corner. I have much better brooding success with light bulbs.
