I have talked to him, and talked to him, and talked to him. He always apologises, improves for about two days, then goes right back to his old habits. Last night I went to microwave some rice, grabbed the plate cover, and it had lasagna splatters on it.

Ewwww that’s disgusting!!! And from your description above of having to write everything out/explain what has to be done... doesn’t seem like he’ll ever change unfortunately. :/

And especially since you’re charging a lower rent for him to help out, he should be helping. Seems like he’s just taking advantage of you and the low rent. :/

Here's Evangeline, Jenny & Tater.... I had to move the waterer to another location. Big buggers!

This Silver Tux is my pitiful scalped hen..... I found a pitiful roo that was being bullied & "bred" to death by another roo (in a boy pen). He wasn't getting to eat or probably sleep, so I put him with my girl. They're getting along good.

LOL They’re little escape artists. I assume you have a screened lid for that. It is both hilarious and worrisome to come in and find them wandering around on the floor, distraught at not knowing how to get back in.
